One more example of my poor videographing skills, so sorry, but this gives you a look at the host family I stayed with for my first 6 months. Those of you who actually speak Tajik have compassion on my poor Tajik, I had only been there a few months!
And a video shortly after getting settled in a very nice apartment in Khujand where we were naively believing we would have electricity, and were quite enjoying the warmth of our spacious apartment. After about a year we both moved back into host families.
